1. For Exchange

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 2 days and exchange it for another product, whether similar or different.

  • The shipping cost of the returned item will be covered by the customer.

2. For Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, it must be sent back within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Upon receipt, you will be eligible for an exchange or a full refund via bank transfer within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of delivery/return.

3. For Sale Articles

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Important Conditions

  • Exchanges are only possible with the original receipt included in your parcel.

  • All returned items must be in original condition with original packaging.

  • No exchanges will be processed without the original receipt.

  • The return address will be shared via WhatsApp upon request.
